Bala has beautiful energy that at the end of the class you don't just feel physically energize but emotionally balance. Bala yoga class is one of a kind. Toward the end of the class Bala comes to give each of us a personalized sound bath for a few minutes. Just beautiful, so beautiful. If I can give this class 10 out of 5 i will.
Always admire dancers who teaches Gyrokinesis, there is this flow and fluidity in their body that can execute each move so gracefully. That’s what Jia Yin’s class is about, poise, precision and elegance. Learned a lot about my body during the lesson, super like how my body opens up and breathes deeper after each session.
