Its focus is to develop a strong stable core improves agility, flexibility that can prevent injury. Awareness of body alignment and posture improve performance from sports to ballet to daily walks.

Our Pilates Reformer Group Classes are suitable for all levels. Exercises are conducted on the reformer, depending on the clients’ requirements and abilities.
